Another car pulled from the dealership, this customer had filled his car with 20 litres of petrol and then topped with 40 litres of diesel, realising his mistake he luckily managed to drive home, he then called his dealership. They told him to arrange transportation of his vehicle to their workshop as it was still under manufacturers warranty and to keep the warranty intact they had to drain the fuel tank and have it flushed out and also change the supporting fuel system components (high pressure pump, injectors etc.) The customer then asked the dealership for a quote before he got it transported down, 15 minutes later they called him back with a quote of over £3000!!!. Luckily while waiting on his quote he had been searching online for advise and came across our website. After a brief phone call and loads of reassurance the customer booked in with us that evening.
